Sustainability is no longer a choice, it’s a strategic imperative. The EPSA Group has just released its 2024 Sustainability Report, a comprehensive document that outlines our ESG commitments, progress, and roadmap for the future.

Fully developed in-house with the expertise of Ekodev and Sidiese, entities of our Business Line Sustainability, this report reflects our ambition to integrate sustainability into every layer of our operations. It also marks a key step in our alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Key highlights from the report:

Climate and Energy: We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) by 52% by 2030, compared to 2021 levels. Our climate trajectory is based on a robust methodology and transparent data.
Social Commitment: With an average of 13 hours of annual training per employee, we continue to invest in people. We also aim to increase the representation of women in management roles to 30% by 2030.
Responsible Governance: Ethics and CSR are being embedded into our decision-making processes, with ongoing training for employees and integration into management bodies.
Regional and Societal Impact: Through the EPSA Foundation, we are allocating €200,000 annually to support social initiatives, job creation, and professional integration.
